Sausage Ppang 소세지빵

Sausage Ppang, is a popular Korean bakery item. It is homemade bread baked with hotdogs and topped with a vegetable mix, mozzarella cheese and ketchup. Turn the American hotdog and bun into a gourmet delicious savory snack at home with the following Korean Sausage Bread recipe hack.

The Bread Hack

Making your own bread is ideal. However, we are a busy family of 6. We need fast meals without sacrificing quality or taste. We’ve tried many prepared doughs and refrigerated biscuits for this recipe. The refrigerated biscuits version is perfect to cook with kids because of the pre-portioned ready-to-bake dough, they can practically assemble it all by themselves. We that have a recipe under Homeschooling lunch ideas here.

We discovered the best hack so far is using Rhodes frozen Dinner Rolls. Because Rhodes Dinner Rolls is yeast dough, it rises as it rests just as homemade yeast dough would. Baked, it provides wonderful fluffiness, taste and texture. It pairs very well with the saltiness of hotdogs and creamy cheesiness of the toppings.
