Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb baby potatoes washed, blemishes removed, and large potatoes cut in half
  • 2 Tbsp vegetable oil
  • 4 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 3 Tbsp honey
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 cup water

Instructions
 

  • In a large skillet or thick pan, heat on medium/high then add vegetable oil and potatoes. Stir for 5 minutes until potatoes start to brown.
  • Add water, soy sauce, honey and garlic. Simmer on medium for 20-25 minutes until the potatoes are fully cooked and sauce is completely reduced. Be sure to stir occasionally so potatoes cook evenly.
  • Turn heat off and add sesame oil and sesame seeds. Mix and serve!

Notes

Serve hot or cold. Refrigerate up to 4 days.
