Easy Korean Beef and Radish Soup

- 8 ounces chuck roast sliced
- 4 tsp beef Dasida
- 2½ cups Korean radish chopped
- 8 cups water
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- ½ tsp ground black pepper
- 3 stalks green onion chopped
Add water to pot and bring to a simmer on medium/low heat.
Add Dashida and garlic to water
Add beef and simmer on low heat for 1 hour (until beef is tender).*2 hours if your cuts of beef are thick. Add radish, and ground black pepper
Simmer on medium/low heat until the radish is fully cooked. approx. 30 mins
Top with green onions and serve
If you like bigger pieces of meat simmer the meat on low for 2 hours before adding the Radish. The soup is best when the meat is tender.
